Annual Shared Value Leadership Summit
After a tremendously successful partnership beginning in 2015, the Impulse Team has not stopped working with our Boston based Clients on their annual Summit. Having a working knowledge of not only the area, but now the venue, the key players and all internal working of the event from start to finish, Impulse was able to be fully integrated into all aspects of the planning and negotiations for the venue and vendors required to make each following year even more noteworthy and rewarding for not only our Clients, but the attendees as well.
After providing our Clients with a year long timeline outlining all deliverables, deadlines and key dates, our Clients were able to spend the year focusing on their guest lists and super VIP’s. With a strong focus on consistently upgrading and improving, Impulse got right to work on ensuring maximum value (and stress reduction) for our Clients by handling all vendor and 3rd party relationships, liaising with the venue and streamlining the entire process while serving as the main point of contact for all of these “moving parts”.
From the on site execution to the off site “excursions” Impulse staff handles all A/V, catering coordination, check in, guest relations and oversees all areas and breakout spaces maintaining a seamless, professional and perfectly executed event.
