Getting high-level executives (we apologize, but we cannot disclose who the client was) to attend an Advertising Event is by no means typical, but then again neither is the dedication, attention to detail and genuine care which Triad Retail Media has for their clients. It is because of this that with such a high profile event taking place in NYC. Triad Retail Media needed an Event Planning team that shared the same values, reputation and commitment to exceeding client expectations and thus, the Impulse Team was brought in to produce this companies Re-Launch.
With our Clients based in Tampa, Impulse was responsible for more than finding the perfect venue to host this high-level executive breakfast conference with keynote speakers. Once the decision was made to move forward with Riverpark, Impulse assisted in working with our Clients and the Venue to create an incredible breakfast spread and to incorporate additional “touches” to truly make the morning special. As many guests of the event, including our Clients at Triad, were coming from out of town, Impulse negotiated group rates with an incredible boutique hotel and arranged for special amenities to be provided for VIP guests. To kick off their stay in NYC, Impulse also set up a VIP dinner the night before the event at the Hurricane Club. Impulse was also able to source a bakery to create custom gifts (complete with branded ebay tags) for the guests of the event, produced all posters and printed materials, coordinated transportation, handled guest check in and was on site for the duration of the event including set up and break down. The Impulse team was able to execute a seamless event for Triad Retail Media and their clients.
