UnitedInsight, a Human Behavior strategy firm hired Impulse to launch their company at the Andaz Hotel in March of 2011. Impulse met with UnitedInsight to understand their needs and vision for this event. Impulse secured the ideal location, which fit perfectly with their brand identity. Impulse assisted on the marketing frontier as well, creating email campaigns to help generate more visibility around the event. Professor Daylian Cain from the Yale School of Management was the guest speaker of the conference.

In addition to helping us select the ideal location, they managed the entire negotiation process with the venue, from A/V needs to the menu to final costs, keeping us informed the entire time. Our budgeting issues were clearly addressed in the beginning, and at no point did I feel as if “hidden costs” were springing up unannounced. The event was a huge success!
